Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at admin@emeraldblend.com within 15 days of purchase.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return policy, and we cannot provide an exchange or refund for purchases made more than 30 days ago. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it must be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to proceed with the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

In some cases, we may grant only partial refunds for opened items.

However, we do not accept returns for items that are returned 30 or more days after delivery, damaged items, items with missing parts not due to our error, or items that are not in their original condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy:

After we receive and examine your returned item, we will notify you through email to confirm that we have received your return. Then, we will inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund has been approved, we will process it immediately and you should expect to receive the credit on your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

If you haven't received your refund yet, kindly double-check your bank account, and then contact your credit card company as there may be a processing delay before the refund is officially posted. After that, please contact your bank since they also require some time to process the refund.

If you've taken all the above steps and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at admin@emeraldblend.com.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund, and we only provide refunds for regularly priced items. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective, and if you want to exchange your purchase for the same item, please email us at admin@emeraldblend.com, and we will provide you with the correct return address.
