Cleanse and Renew tea: Flaxseed, Rooibos Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Dandelion Root, Liquorice Root, Cacao Nibs, Fenugreek Seed, Rose Petals.

Directions:

Trim and Tone tea: Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Infuse 1.5 grams in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice. 

Cleanse and Renew tea: Shake the pouch to distribute the tea evenly. Infuse 3.2 grams in a freshly boiled cup (250ml) of water for 5 minutes. Enjoy warm or over ice.
